Do unused builds roll over to next month? ▾
Build credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. If you need more builds in a single month, you can upgrade your plan at any time — the upgrade takes effect immediately.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel at any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Your sites remain live until the end of your billing period.
What does hosting included actually mean? ▾
Every site AX-4 builds is automatically deployed to Cloudflare Pages — a global CDN with 99.99% uptime, SSL, and fast load times worldwide. Hosting is included for the duration of your active plan at no extra charge.
Is the Free plan really free, with no credit card? ▾
Yes. The Free plan requires no credit card and gives you one complete website build, including hosting and up to 6 pages. Your site includes a small "Built with X4 Digital" footer. Upgrade anytime to remove it.
What if I want to use my own domain? ▾
Custom domain support is available on all paid plans. You'll receive clear instructions to point your domain after your site is deployed. White Glove plan includes full DNS and CDN setup by our team.
